Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors practice a manual approach, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, muscles, nervous system and joints.

Our chiropractors use a combination of treatments, all of which are predicated on the specific needs of the individual patient. After completing a detailed history and assessment and providing a diagnosis to our patients, our chiropractors can develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment/management plan, recommend therapeutic exercise and movement and other non-invasive therapies, and provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counselling.

Treatments will include one or more of the following: Chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations/manipulations, Medical Acupuncture, Functional Range Release (FR), Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and instrument assisted soft tissue techniques as well as some form of rehabilitation exercise and patient education.

We see Chiropractic care as a proactive and preventive health approach.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being.
People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness.

Nat is a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist from Southern Ontario. Though her academic path initially led her to criminology, she decided to follow her heart into the profession of massage therapy and has never looked back. Her joy comes from helping others and witnessing the visible transformations throughout their rehabilitation journey. Drawing from her experiences with chronic pain throughout her life, she brings a deep sense of understanding to not only physical limitations, but also the emotional effect that pain can have on the body. While incorporating a versatile range of techniques, Natalie focuses primarily on trigger point therapy, general Swedish massage, deep tissue and myofascial release, tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of the client.

Natalie is currently not taking on new clients.
